Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, contact us at support@purehandsanitizers.com with your order details.
What makes PURE different from other hand sanitizers?
PURE is a luxury, eco-conscious hand sanitizer founded by students at the Marin School of Environmental Leadership. We use thoughtfully selected ingredients and house our formula in reusable glass packaging to reduce plastic waste without compromising performance or design. We also use ethanol, rather than isopropyl alcohol, which is safer and more skin-friendly.
Is PURE effective at killing germs?
Yes! PURE is formulated with ethanol, an effective and widely trusted active ingredient used in sanitizing products to help eliminate common germs and bacteria when used as directed. Our formula has an alcohol concentration of 60%, which meets CDC guidelines and kills 99.9% of harmful germs.
Why is PURE more expensive than typical hand sanitizer?
Most sanitizers are made with single-use plastic and mass-produced formulas. PURE is crafted in small batches using sustainable materials, reusable glass packaging, and premium ingredients.
Is PURE safe for sensitive skin?
Our formula is crafted to be effective while remaining gentle. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend patch testing if you have sensitive skin.
What does PURE smell like?
PURE is lightly scented to feel refreshing and refined without being overpowering. We design our scents to complement daily use while leaving your hands clean and fresh. We currently offer lavender and peppermint, but there's more to come!
